Google BERT Update

Before understanding the term BERT, Let us know the full form of BERT. BERT stands for (Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers). Its is a most significant update since google released Rank brain. 

What is BERT?

Bert is google’s new Update that adjusted its algorithm to understand the natural language in search queries better. In simple words, we can say that it teaches the Google search engine to understand the questions of what the user trying to speak like a human and less act like a robot. This time it very easy for SEO writers to write their blogs in a simple language, not by stuffing only keywords. 

Should I worry about it?

Of course not; if you are writing fresh, simple, and very straight content on your website, then its time to the big celebration. You need to keep in mind several things while writing content. 

Write the stuff that people are mostly searching in google. You have to answer all the questions that the users are asking. Previously SEO writers are tired with keywords, and the task is not simple for them. There are so many zig zag keywords that the writer has to target on an article to make it seo friendly, but the time is changed.

BERT is all about context, theme, topic, reference, thesis, concern. This Update turns the google bots thinks like a human. Bert update focuses on Long term searches and trying to understand the exact question. Let’s take an example. 

 Here is a search term, like “James play guitar very well.”

Now take the word “play.” What do you understand by the Term play? It can be play music, play football, role play, play outside and so on. As as a human, we can understand what the searcher is trying to say. Before BERT Update google unable to understand   

But now google can think as we think.

And the latest Update on BERT is that it was rolling out to over 70 languages worldwide. Previously it only launches for US English in Oct 2019.
